Dv8 Sussex is an established training provider based in Brighton and Bexhill that delivers a range of training programmes for 16-24 year olds in Creative and Digital Media.

We aim to empower creative thinkers to be successful in work and life through using creativity and the digital arts to build young people’s skills, aptitudes, confidence and readiness for work.

Dv8 forms part of the London Learning Consortium (LLC) family of providers. LLC provide high quality accredited Further Education classroom training to local communities and businesses across London and the South East.

An opportunity to join our organisation to lead the provision across the South East in the newly formed role of Dv8 College Principal.

The postholder will be responsible for planning and shaping of the learning provision and driving forward improvements for the DV8 Staff and Learners. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to make an immediate impact supporting the growth and development of a vital organisation for young people in Sussex.

Overseeing two sites in Brighton and Bexhill, the post holder shall be responsible for the delivery of 16-18 Study Programmes as well as 19+ Learning Programmes.

Delivery in the following qualification areas:

 Creative and Digital

 Employability

 English & Maths

The Principal will be responsible for directing and managing the Senior Management Team and leading all Delivery Teams to deliver the best possible provision for young people who want to learn creative skills and progress into a career in creativity.
