Harbour Learning Trust is an education charity that runs a family of seven primaries, two secondary schools and a primary SCITT, in Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. After a period of growth starting in 2018, Harbour Learning Trust now serves over 4,000 children and young people across its nine academies.

The Trust is at an exciting stage of our journey as we look to appoint a primary Principal for Hartsholme Academy in Lincoln. We are seeking to appoint a Principal with a proven track record of effective leadership, strategic planning and clearly evidenced achievements in positive improvement within a range of leadership roles in primary schools.

We care for each and every one of our pupils and place a huge emphasis on the pastoral care and support we offer to all children and families in our community. 

We know education really can change lives for the better, and we passionately believe that every child should receive the very best education, in order to fully prepare them for the future. 

In order to realise Trust vision of ‘success and happiness for every child’ we are seeking an exceptional individual to join the School Leadership Team to help us in the next chapter of our exciting journey.
