About the Role
As Principal, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the Academy. Working with the Regional Director, you will lead the staff in realising the vision of establishing and developing a unique, extended learning community that will cater for every student - academically, vocationally, socially, morally, spiritually, physically, emotionally and environmentally.
The successful candidate will have:
• A proven track record of effective leadership, strategic planning and clearly evidenced achievements in transforming educational provision as a Principal
• Extensive experience in the UK secondary sector
• A proven record of success in working closely with parents/carers, local schools &
community and other partners for the benefit of all students
