Required for April 2018, a dynamic, able and experienced Principal (Primary) with a proven track record of success, to lead our highly acclaimed primary school of 800 students.
The successful applicant will have substantial primary school senior leadership/Principalship experience and an expertise in progressive global pedagogical and assessment practices. The Principal is entrusted to maintain the culture and tone of the school, to develop the school’s image nationally and internationally, to ensure delivery of an exceptional holistic learning experience for children, to analyse, review and act upon academic data, to promote good school discipline and to model modern pastoral care and safeguarding standards, to train, develop, monitor and appraise staff, to maintain organized administrative records, to prepare the school for inspections, to communicate sensibly and effectively with all stakeholders and to promote the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of the school.
Word-perfect English skills, openness to the complexities of a multicultural setting, cross-cultural sensitivity, commitment, stamina and vision are all prerequisites. NPS International School Singapore is a fully-accredited IBDP/IGCSE/CBSE school and part of the renowned National Public Schools Group, headquartered in Bangalore, India.

NPS International School (NPSI) was established in 2007 in the city of Singapore.
