S/he will have the strategic skills to shape the future of a complex, multi-site organisation with prominent position in Rome, and the personal authority and gravitas to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders locally, nationally and internationally. A track record of successful senior leadership experience is essential, as is a global perspective, commitment to internationalism and a genuine resonance with St George’s ethos and values.
