A unique opportunity to lead an ‘outstanding’ girls’ school committed to the pursuit of excellence, happiness and success located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Due to the retirement of the current Principal following a long and distinguished career, we are seeking an individual with the drive, passion and ambition to lead the school through the next stage of its development. Eltham Hill School was judged as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in March 2014 and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue to drive high standards of achievement and personal development for all our students.

You will have had success in your career so far as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher and will be capable of leading an 11-18 school with dedicated staff and a supportive governing body. We are looking for someone to share our vision to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our students. Eltham Hill School is an International Baccalaureate School with the qualification forming the basis of the curriculum for our co-educational post 16 provision.

The school is heavily oversubscribed with an excellent reputation in the local area.
