This is an excellent opportunity to be the Principal of a
leading Independent Specialist College for young people
on the autism spectrum.
We are in a strong position with an excellent reputation and
track record for achieving successful outcomes for learners,
many of whom have complex or additional difficulties.
The present Principal is moving on to a more senior position
within education and we are now looking for a new person to
provide inspirational leadership, vision and drive. The College
received a very good Ofsted inspection result in 2016 and the new
Principal will be required to build on these foundations and use
their extensive experience and wealth of educational knowledge
to guide the College towards becoming outstanding.
The Principal will be supported by an extensive central
management and multi-disciplinary team. You must be able to
demonstrate the ability to lead and manage change in addition
to creating, sustaining and developing team working, building
partnerships and enhancing student’s vocational outcomes.
