North London Collegiate School (NLCS) Dubai seeks an inspirational Principal to lead NLCS Dubai. Opened in 2017 NLCS Dubai offers an academically ambitious education in keeping with the aspirational ethos of NLCS (UK), and the same impressive range of extra-curricular activities, to foster well-rounded individuals who are capable of becoming leaders. The School is a coeducational day school for pupils aged 3-18 years, situated within the prestigious Hartland development in Dubai. The School was built and is funded by our partners in the project, Meraki.

While ensuring academic excellence and intellectual challenge, NLCS Dubai is equally concerned with supporting the development of the whole person and aims to inspire confidence, individuality and self-esteem.

NLCS Dubai is an English-speaking school and is authorised as an IB continuum school for the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma programmes. A number of lessons per week are devoted to the teaching of the Arabic language, UAE Social Studies and Islamic Education. (Islamic Education is compulsory for Muslim students only.)

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS

In 2011, NLCS opened its first international branch school in South Korea: NLCS Jeju. NLCS Jeju is a co-educational day and boarding school, and offers the IB Diploma to all students in the Sixth Form, and has achieved outstanding results since its first cohort of graduating in 2014. The School’s alumnae continue on to excellent universities around the world, including destinations in the UK, USA and Asia.

NLCS (Singapore) opened in August 2020. This is NLCS’ third branch school. The School is a co-education day school in the heart of Singapore. North London Collegiate School Ho Chi Minh City opened in August 2022. This is NLCS’s fourth school blending the best of Vietnamese, NLCS and international education
