The Portsmouth and Winchester Diocesan Academies Trust (www.pwdat.org) are seeking to appoint a substantive Principal for St. Francis Catholic and CE Primary Academy, which has recently joined the Trust. The Academy, based in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, has a Trust appointed Interim Principal for the academic year 2017-2018, and they are now seeking an effective, committed and passionate leader with proven experience in transformational school improvement to continue to accelerate the progress of the academy.

The Trust and academy offer state of the art facilities, excellent support and dedicated and caring staff and children. Set in a stunning new building, within an area of outstanding natural beauty, views across National Trust land, close to the coast, there are numerous opportunities for the children of Ventnor to excel in their learning journey.
