The Local Governing Body of Waterfield Primary School and the Board of Directors of The Collegiate Trust are looking to make an appointment of Principal.

The successful candidate will lead a great school and join our ambitious multi-academy trust, working with a committed team in Crawley. The new Principal will be supported by a highly engaged LGB, as well as by our experienced CEO; s/he will work collaboratively with other Principals and colleagues in the Trust. We are looking to appoint an individual with an excellent understanding of teaching and learning across the primary phases, someone who can ensure our staff continue to make the difference to the lives of our pupils by inspiring all the people within our communities.

We are very keen to meet potential candidates and have set two opportunities for you to visit the school and discuss the position with the CEO, Gordon Smith, as well as tour the school with the interim Executive Principal, Linda Harvey; details of these are in the attached Information for Applicants.
