We have an opportunity for seasoned product manager who is passionate about software making a real difference. 


What you’ll do

At Tes a Senior Product Manager reports to the Product Director and works alongside a team of product managers to innovate and execute initiatives across the organisation. You will work as part of a cross functional squad using lean experimental methods to achieve product market fit to create value for our customers and recognizable adoption. 

You will work on key strategic initiatives, managing the full product life cycle from discovery to solution adoption and support the wider product division with continuous improvement. 

This is a full time position based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home where appropriate and an excellent benefits package.


Who you are

You are a driven and experienced Product Manager with an ability to articulate and drive the strategic direction of a complex commercial entity. 

With a passion for technology and a strong understanding of SaaS, you will have a demonstrable track record of value creation and an ability to drive workload with autonomy.

You will be seasoned in product management and agile techniques with a solid understanding of building consumer journeys and collating and reacting to user engagement.

You will be a motivated team player, able to partner effectively with members of senior management and experience of leveraging different internal business units to achieve objectives whilst approaching work with pragmatism and a sense of humour. You will be well versed in diplomacy and stakeholder management.
