Job overview
To work as part of the Apprenticeship Team, providing effective advice to local employers onto a range of professional apprenticeships, promoting and advising on apprenticeship matters, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and successfully placing apprentices within the workplace. To support the overall administration and day to day operations of the College’s Apprenticeship application processes.
CIPD qualification or other management qualification would be desirable.
One year fixed term contract.

Halesowen College, in the West Midlands, is a mixed further education institution. It accepts students from the age of 16 and has around 4,200 learners in attendance. The college offers courses of study in 11 subject areas and partners with three local higher education institutions.
Founded in 1966, Halesowen College regularly places in the top 10% of colleges for the examination performance of its students. The college offers a high level of support for students transitioning from school to higher education via its university centre, and via its long-standing partnerships with the University of Worcester and Newman University.
