Apprenticeships at Salford City College require a Professional Construction Training Associate to join the Professional Construction team. 

A dynamic, motivated and experienced individual is needed to develop and deliver higher level apprenticeship frameworks and standards to a wide range of construction apprentices. You will be joining a delivery team who are committed to supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes in our fastest growing area.

This post requires an individual with extensive industry experience, operating within a managerial and / or professional capacity. A flexible approach and a passion for developing others to improve their skills, knowledge and behaviours is vital. In addition, the individual should have experience of apprenticeship delivery, business development and employer stakeholder management.
