The Henley College is a highly popular and successful Sixth Form College in the heart of the Thames Valley.

We are looking to appoint a Programme Leader in English and Modern Foreign Languages to lead and manage our successful teaching team delivering A Levels in English Language, Literature, Language & Literature and GCSE English, as well as A Levels in French, Spanish and German. This position is open to current leader managers or qualified teachers in English who have teaching experience and who are ready for the challenge of leading, managing and supporting a dynamic programme area. The successful applicant must be committed to the College Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Safeguarding values.

This is a full time position with a salary up to £41, 225 per annum which includes PSP/Management payments or allowances.

The Henley College is a co-educational further education college based in Oxfordshire. It is a non-denominational college.

The college was created in 1987 and, in 2010, it was the first college in the UK to be granted a change of status to become a sixth form college.

The college is home to nearly 2,000 full-time students from over 100 schools across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. It offers a wide range of courses including over 60 A Level subjects and vocational diplomas, as well as apprenticeships and other opportunities.
