To continue the outstanding practice in our Hospitality Faculty we are seeking a highly qualified chef to nurture the region’s future generation of talented restaurateurs and chefs. Ideally you will have a teaching qualification and have experience of teaching from levels 1 – 4. Experience in teaching Functional Skills will be an advantage too.
Successful applicant could also apply to become a member of the Faculty Management Group to become the curriculum lead for hospitality.
You will have a good range of industry experience at the highest level as an executive chef and a good understanding of front of house management. You will have a passion for inspiring young people to achieve excellence and culinary expertise and a desire to enable learners to achieve excellent skills. The successful candidate will also lead on food production as necessary during lunch
and evening service in the RWE.
