This is an exciting opportunity to join the Music Section in the Faculty of Media and Performing Arts. Successful applicants should have experience of working with 16-18 learners delivering across vocational and academic Music courses.  Candidates should have the ability to programme lead Music Production and deliver on Music Performance courses and have an excellent teaching track record and a current understanding of curriculum opportunities and developments within the music industries.

We are looking for a highly skilled educator with strong musicianship and experience of tutoring 16-18 learners.   Working with a talented music team, you will have a strong ability to develop productive relationships with your colleagues and learners and be able innovate and motivate across the various levels.

Exeter College has a thriving Music Department and there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to run and be part of the various enrichment programmes and performances, such as our highly successful ‘Festival of Carols’ at Exeter Cathedral.

You will be able to demonstrate recent experiences of teaching at post-compulsory level, have industry experience and hold a relevant degree. We are looking for a well-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced lecturer to join our thriving and expanding team, with the ability to help learners achieve high levels of success.
