This is an exciting opportunity for a someone with recent experience as air cabin crew to join the highly successful Faculty of Sport, Leisure and Tourism in a full-time lecturing position with a teacher training qualification included. Exeter College is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who is wishing to move into a career in teaching form the air cabin crew industry. The successful candidate will complete their Level 4 Certificate of Education whilst employed as a full-time lecturer and teach across a range of Travel and Tourism courses including the level 2 Diploma in Air Cabin Crew.
You will be expected to have up to date, full time experience working as air cabin crew for a commercial airline and having a travel & tourism qualification at level three or above is desirable but not essential. Experience as a professional trainer or working with children and young adults would support an application. A strong work ethic, excellent organisation and interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
You will join a team of travel and tourism lecturers within the faculty, all with a real passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning. If you enjoy working with young people, are highly motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results through high quality teaching and learning, then this post could be for you.
