Successful applicants are likely to have had experience of working with young people with learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties and must be committed to outstanding teaching and learning.
You will be expected to undertake teaching and tutoring roles at Entry level and Level 1 delivering: Employability Skills, PSHE, Community Enterprise and Functional Skills Maths and English. You will assist with curriculum development, market and promote courses.
You will have recent teaching experience, and hold a relevant degree, teaching qualification and be able to demonstrate significant successful experience of teaching in Further Education. A flexible approach, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are required. A sound communicator, your administrative skills will be strong, along with good problem solving skills and you will be an effective team player.
