Programme Manager – Employer Responsive

C-Stem (Construction Department

37 hours per week, permanent

£38,947 (Possible access to £3000 retention bonus)

The programme manager role is key to our learners’ success, we have an exciting opportunity within the construction section of our C-Stem department, this role will focus on managing the employer responsive provision and WBL team.  You are required to have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a managerial role. 

You must have a passion to ensure learners have an outstanding learner experience. We are looking for someone with innovation and creativity and will offer you the opportunity to shape and design the apprenticeship curriculum and e learning environment. The department has a passion for excellence with a track record of delivering outstanding learner success.
