Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills to the next generation of Apprentices, to join our experienced team.  This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. 

The role will involve delivering learning programmes, planning and developing learning materials and liaising with employers to facilitate, monitor and record the delivery of on-the-job training. 

With a level 3 (or above) Childcare or Residential Care qualification, candidates should have at least 3 years industry experience working within Childcare or Residential care.  The ability to relate to learners, and tailor your approach accordingly is vital for this role.
