The college is looking to recruit into the role of Progress Coach within the Wellbeing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the team responsible for high quality delivery of support services via the Student Wellbeing Hub, along with effective remote support services for those studying in other settings. The successful applicant, working collaboratively with cross college colleagues will have the opportunity to play an essential role in helping students to progress and achieve. This could be through direct support interventions both in one to one and group settings and through targeted tutorial sessions.
Successful applicants should have the ability to engage with a diverse range of students, internal colleagues, and external professionals, to ensure that our students receive the appropriate level of support to enable them to achieve their learning aims.
Applicants need to demonstrate previous experience of working or volunteering in a support role.
