Salary:   Pts 23-26 on the Support Staff Scale £18,905 - £20,924 pro rata 

(actual salary £17,377 - £19,233 per annum)  

Permanent, 37 hours/week, term time plus 5 additional days  

The College is seeking a Progress Tutors who will provide academic, learning and personal guidance to groups of students.  This non-teaching specialist role is key in helping students achieve in their studies and in progressing to positive destinations.  The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and able to support, guide and mentor students.  Working as part of a team of Progress Tutors, you will help raise aspiration, confidence and resilience in young people, promoting the College’s aim for excellence and maintaining the culture of hard work and success.  

The College is committed to safeguarding our students and an enhanced DBS check is required for all posts.
