This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible and accountable for a cohort of students, working with them in a diverse range of ways including goal setting, monitoring achievement and attendance and motivational coaching. You will be expected to liaise with parents, Subject Teachers, Heads of School and Senior Progress Tutors to support, challenge and motivate students in all aspects of the learning journey.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual, with previous experience of providing assistance and support to a diverse range of students with different needs. You should have excellent communication and language skills and have the flexibility to occasionally work evenings at College events.

New College Doncaster is a sixth form college which opened in September 2017, growing to approximately 1500 students and with a strong reputation in the region. The college was rated ‘outstanding’ in all categories by Ofsted in 2021/22.
New College Doncaster offers a wide range of almost 50 qualifications to full time students in the 16-19 age range, predominantly A level courses alongside a range of level 3 applied general courses.
