Job overview
As an established and successful FE College, we are seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated individual with a passion for helping students achieve success in their studies. This post is within the growing and successful Advanced Manufacturing & Technology department
You will carry out a variety of tasks including one to one and group tutorials with students, monitor and review students’ attendance and achievement, as well as work with the team to deliver activities and initiatives.
A degree in a relevant subject area is desirable but not essential. You must have the skills and enthusiasm to support students, as well as work in partnership with teachers and parents to enable them to achieve their goals.
To apply for this role you will be highly organised, an outstanding communicator and already have experience of working with, supporting and challenging young people.
