Working as part of a team, you will be responsible and accountable for a cohort of students, working with them in a diverse range of ways including goal-setting, monitoring achievement and attendance and motivational coaching. You will be expected to liaise with parents, Subject Teachers, Heads of School and Senior Progress Tutors to support, challenge and motivate students in all aspects of the learning journey.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual, with experience of providing assistance, support and guidance to young adults. You should have excellent communication and language skills and have the flexibility to occasionally work evenings at College events.
