Salary: £11,871.60 - £12,771 (Pro rata of £19,786 - £21,285) + excellent benefits 

 

Contract Type: Fractional, 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed term until 31st August 2023. 

 

Location: Paignton, Devon 

 

An exciting, fixed term opportunity to join the Health and Social Care team working cross college and regionally in enhancing the training available to the Health and Social Care sector.   

  

Working as a member of the Health and Care Professions team, you will support the recruitment of learners accessing the ESF funded HSSAP project.  

  

A particular focus will be to receive enquires from businesses and individuals interested in undertaking training related to Health and Social Care and provide information related to available programmes under the direction of the Programme Co-ordinator. 

  

You will also be required to attend training days to support with collection of information from trainees relevant to the needs of the project funding guidelines. 

  

You will deliver administration support to the Curriculum Head and Programme Co-ordinator, liaising with tutors to provide information on how to enrol to programmes. 

  

This post is funded by the European Social Fund. As Project Administrator for a European Social Fund project, it is your responsibility to support the curriculum teams as first point of contact for the enquiries for programmes from a range of individuals, completing the relevant paperwork to secure funding and linking with employers to discuss further opportunities for training. 

 

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 or above qualification with Maths and English at level 2 or above and have experience of handling enquiries and maintaining information databases. You will need a keen interest in client centred learning and wellbeing, be able to develop effective working relationships and networks and have excellent personal communication skills including active listening.
