ESF HOSPITALITY TABLE CORNWALL (CORNWALL HOSPITALITY FORUM)

Responsible for the coordination of the part-funded Hospitality Table Cornwall project, the post holder will ensure the successful delivery of Hospitality business engagements and will organise and deliver a programme of activities to develop industry-relevant learning pathways to improve skills, productivity and quality and increase recruitment and raise aspirations for quality careers in the sector. Applicants should be highly motivated, have project coordination experience, understand the complexities of EU funding, have industry experience within the Hospitality sector and be adept at building/developing relationships with external stakeholders and intermediaries.

Project Information:

This project will support micro and SME employers in the Hospitality sector to review their training needs and the relevance of current provision and provide opportunities for businesses to work with the College to re-design the curriculum and pilot new models and programmes to shape the future of training for the sector. Employers will be bought together through a central forum and an engaging programme of events and activities to create new hospitality courses and initiatives in partnership with Truro and Penwith College.

This project is receiving up to £500,000 of funding from the European Social Fund.
