Project Manager (Capital Projects)

£52,983 per annum

Hackney campus

NCC are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist in the planning, supervision and delivery of a wide range of construction projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop their career in a client-side project management role on a diverse range of projects across an impressive estate portfolio.

Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, great organizational skills and provide high quality Project Management of building projects and project packages across new build, adaptation and refurbishment building projects. The projects range to in excess of £15m+ albeit the typical range is £500,000 to £20m+ across 10 campuses in London.
