Hours: 37.5 hours per week (40 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, term time + 2 weeks)

Would you like to be part of a busy, vibrant and friendly administration team?

We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly effective administrator to provide an excellent administration service for all aspects of pupil administration. 

The Pupil Administrator will be expected to:

  • Perform day to day school administrative functions
  • Maintain and prepare pupil files
  • Prepare and send review invitation letters to parents/stakeholders
  • Format, quality check and distribute review reports
  • Preparation of papers for review meetings
  • Liaise with parents, outside professionals and Senior Management 
  • Attend and make accurate notes at review and school meetings
  • Provide lunchtime reception cover on a rota basis along with administration colleagues.


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi task, work under pressure and to ensure deadlines and statutory requirements are met.  To remain calm and focussed is a necessity as is the need for professionalism at all times.

We are a co-educational school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 5 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.
