Pupil Data Administrator – Special School (Permanent)
Grade: Scale 8, Points 26-28
Salary: £28,642 - £30,217 per annum
Hours of work: 35 hours per week - term time only
Castlebar is an ‘Outstanding’ Special School for primary aged children with complex moderate to severe learning difficulties. We are very proud of our achievements, but more than anything we are very proud of the children we are privileged to work with.
Are you innovative, analytical and creative? If so we would love to meet you. We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced administrator to help support and develop efficient and effective systems concerning the school’s data management and student progress systems.
The successful applicant will have highly developed IT skills and presentation skills. This is a key role and will involve working alongside our leadership team as well as being part of the wider administration team. Good data analysis and interpretation is used to support pupil progress and attainment – the data administrator will play a pivotal role in this process.
This is an ideal position for a graduate (or equivalent) with strong IT and analytical skills. You are required to have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field. Please visit the School’s web-site for an insight and further information about us.
• Be educated to degree level or equivalent
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be highly IT literate using a range of IT Support packages (advanced excel required)
• Be familiar with MIS
• Be self-motivated, flexible and solution focused
• Have highly developed analytical skills
• Be able to work as a team, yet use your own initiative
• Be organised, with good time management skills
