Pupil Premium Support Worker

Skegness Grammar School are recruiting for a Pupil Premium support worker to work 21 hours per week over 3 days.   

Pupil Premium support worker will ensure the Pupil Premium activities within the academy are effectively and efficiently undertaken and to provide excellent service to the overall running of the academy.  Duties will include:

Complete all Pupil Premium (PP) Passports through 1-1 interviews;

To liaise with all necessary staff to identify and triangulate student support strategies;

To attend Raising Attainment & Progress (RAP) meetings (or collect reports or delegate to pastoral team) to share knowledge of PP students with all teachers;

To ensure strategies identified in the passports are being implemented by all teachers across the school.

Salary & Benefits

21 hours per week, to work over three days,  8.30am - 4.00pm.  Term time plus training days (ie 39 weeks/year)
