We are seeking an outstanding teacher who is interested in improving the performance of disadvantaged children. In this role, you will be working with individuals, small groups and, at times, the whole class to facilitate a range of different activities aimed at accelerating progress and ensuring that targeted children reach their full academic potential. You will need to be skilled at identifying gaps in understanding, have an understanding of current research in this field and be innovative in implementing strategies to overcome barriers to learning.
You will be joining The Grove at a time when we are seeking to build on our good practice, raising the aspirations of and improving the outcomes for all children. You will be working with our motivated and enthusiastic children who come from a range of backgrounds and alongside our talented, creative and dedicated team.
