This is a great opportunity to join one of our regional finance teams and, ultimately, to make a difference to the outcomes of the children and young people attending the schools within our Multi Academy Trust. 


The Purchase Ledger Officer will work as part of the regional finance team, led by the Regional Finance Partner, to deliver an expert service to our schools by: 

  • ensuring accurate and timely processing and BACS payment of purchase invoices
  • resolving payment queries with suppliers
  • ensuring compliance with goods ordering and receipting processes
  • liaising with school-based colleagues as required

This role will be working specifically with schools in our Eastern region (Chestnut Park, de Stafford, Hillcroft, Marden Lodge, Meridian High, Warlingham, Whyteleafe) and our Southern region (Forge Wood, Kilnwood Vale, Lime Tree, Merstham Park, Merstham Primary, Salfords, Southgate).


The post will be located within one of the schools within the region.

About Marden Lodge Primary School

Welcome to Marden Lodge Primary School, part of GLF Schools. We are an all through primary school with the additional benefit of day care on site which includes full wrap around care, including breakfast and after school provision. The school is situated on a pleasant site on the outskirts of Caterham and integrates all phases of learning.
