About the Role

As one of our Qualified Early Years Educators, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and inspiring environment where children feel happy, confident and excited to learn every day.

You'll:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

  • Support children's learning and development through creative, child-led experiences

  • Work with babies or toddlers, depending on the needs of the nursery

  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Act as a Key Person, supporting your key children's individual learning journeys

  • Observe, assess and maintain accurate developmental records

  • Promote children's communication and language development in both German and English where appropriate

  • Help maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and wellbeing

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Hold a Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification

  • Have experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting

  • Are passionate about child development and learning through play

  • Have an interest in bilingual education and supporting children's language development

  • Have an interest in the German language—or speak German (this is a bonus, not essential)

  • Enjoy working outdoors and encouraging children's curiosity about the natural world

  • Are caring, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable

  • Value teamwork and enjoy contributing to a positive working environment

  • Are committed to providing outstanding care and education for every child
