Job overview

Our client is a leading provider of residential care, education and vocational packages to children, young people and adults with complex needs, including autism. 

We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Officer for their adult services to work as part of the group’s Quality Team.  You will conduct regulatory-based inspections of our client’s services to make sure they are Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring and Well-Led in line with statutory requirements and nationally agreed best practice for adult social care services.  

Your role will be to carry out specific tasks and duties including; brief writing, report writing, analysis, investigation/root cause analysis and ad hoc project assignments.

You should hold a relevant qualification in Social work, nursing or an equivalent relevant qualification.

You will have the ability and skills to manage and further develop their IT based quality monitoring systems.  We are looking for someone who has current experience at an operational level within a compliance, contract monitoring or commissioning role.
