Tower Hamlets College and Hackney Community College merged on 1 August 2016 to create a dynamic and confident FE provider serving east and central London. Both colleges are Ofsted grade 2 and the combined college will be financially secure with total income in excess of £40m. Serving diverse London boroughs the merged College (which is currently consulting on an overarching new Group name) is uniquely located in the heart of an exciting region. We require an exceptional coordinator to support the Head of Quality Improvement with monitoring, collating and analysing data relating to students across the College. You will coordinate cross college quality improvement activities including lesson observations, self-assessment, external verification and risk monitoring. You will help maintain accurate and appropriate student records relating to cross college areas and support Heads of Faculty with data and quality issues.

You will be self-motivated, a good communicator and have experience and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience of working with FE Student Records systems (e.g. EBS) and other Education Sector database technologies, including ProAchieve would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide range of staff at different levels. You will also have proven organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative and to plan and progress a programme of work to strict deadlines
