Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, committed and motivated individual who can work well under pressure and to deadlines, to join the Teaching and Learning section of the Quality team.  

The successful person will be responsible to lead the recording and monitoring of teaching team performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of Further Education, Higher Education and Apprenticeships and Skills across the college. The role will require implementation of high levels of quality improvement as well as give expert advice to support an outstanding learner experience.

The role will require significant data analysis, reporting and monitoring skills, innovative and effective ways of working and ideally you will have a good understanding of an education setting and have a good background in quality improvement. You will need to successfully work with a wide range of staff across the college, collaborating and building relationships to contribute towards the success of the team. 

It is essential that you have a Level 5 qualification, level 2 English and maths along with strong analytical, IT and communication skills.

Hours are 30 per week

Salary: £20,357 - £29,526 per annum, pro rata, relating to qualifications and experience.
