£38,956 per annum
Working within a small dynamic team, reporting directly to the Director of Quality (FE) you will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement, audit and performance monitoring systems across the College to ensure outstanding outcomes.
This is a busy and varied post and the successful applicant will play an integral role in the further development of quality improvement across the College. The successful candidate will be learner-focussed, target driven and have a positive, can-do attitude. They will develop and support both learners and staff to achieve their full potential; they will accept nothing other than ‘outstanding’ outcomes and levels of performance.
