Salary £26,937- £29,438 per annum
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly competent person to maintain and administer systems and processes for ensuring continuous quality improvement in teaching, learning and assessment across the college.
You will take lead responsibility for all aspects of qualification and examination processes. Working in conjunction with the Senior Database Administrator, to streamline and embed effective quality processes.
You will also be responsible for ensuring effective systems and processes are in place to monitor and report on quality improvement activities such as observations of teaching and learning and learner surveys, having a key role in performance review of departments, and ensuring key quality documents such as policies and processes are accurate, up to date and accessible to staff. You will also take responsibility for supervising the work of the College’s exams function, ensuring that all examination processes are carried out effectively and in line with awarding body requirements.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in an administration role and good analytical skills, including writing short reports, experience of using management information systems and/or databases to monitor, track and report on data and experience of designing and implementing improved systems/processes.
