Location: Pendleton Sixth Form College (Role may involve any college location where required)  

Contract Type: Permanent  

Hours per Week: 1.0 FTE (Part time hours will be considered)    

SCC Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to join our Quality Team to drive forward Teaching and Learning across the College. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate consistently high results with a particular focus on A-levels.  

Reporting to the Head of Quality you will work together and alongside Curriculum departments to ensure Quality improvement plans are designed appropriately and progress is monitored regularly to continually improve teaching and learning. You will also be responsible for informing and supporting the evaluation of Digital Learning for the College self-assessment process.  

The successful candidate will be driven, forward-thinking and dedicated to getting the very best results for every student. They will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching as well as previous experience in the development of strategies and resources to support quality improvement. The post will suit an outstanding individual who has the ability to motivate staff in an effective way and who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.   

Part time working will be considered
