Job overview

Bromley Technical Academy provides a unique learning environment where key stage four pupils work in small groups on their core GCSEs whilst also following one of six vocational pathways in our new purpose built facility.

We currently have approximately 150 learners on roll, spanning the ability range and who come from a variety of secondary schools. Results are improving and we have recently joined PiXl.

We are looking for an ambitious teacher able to teach one of the core GCSEs (English, Maths or Science) who is interested in working with us to further raising standards for all our learners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to move into middle/senior management. The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a ‘Standard’ or ‘Enhanced’ DBS check.

*Please apply as soon as possible as applications will be considered upon receipt; we reserve the right to interview before the closing date*.
