Smart Teachers is currently recruiting a Reception Class NQT to join its team on a permanent basis from September 2017, taking over one of its early year’s classes. The successful candidate will be a primary teacher who is able to teach in a creative way, following the early years teaching philosophy but also ensuring that, come the end of the academic year, the children are ready for the step up and transition to KS1.

The school is looking for candidates who have achieved one of the following qualifications: EYTS, EYITT, PGCE, SCITT or a degree in an early childhood-related subject with QTS.

The school provides excellent facilities providing the EYFS with large indoor and outdoor learning areas which are fully equipped.

The school would like to employ a teacher who is full of energy but also someone who is keen to grow and develop with the school as it offers ongoing professional development, career progression opportunities and optional teaching and learning responsibilities once the induction year is successfully completed.
