Reception Manager

Newland House School is seeking an experienced and efficient individual to manage our busy Reception and Medical Room. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional manner to welcome visitors, have a hands-on approach and the flexibility to deal with queries from parents, staff and pupils, have good communication skills both written and verbal, be a confident user of IT systems e.g. SIMS, Excel, Word, and be an effective team member with good organisational skills and a willingness to support children e.g. administer first aid.

The post is likely to be for one year to cover maternity leave and will involve the management of a part-time Receptionist.

The post merits a salary commensurate with the importance of the role and the successful applicant's relevant experience.
