For those who want to learn in the classroom, within workplaces and on the job. We’re for those young people who seek to start building real world strengths and skills now, not only in the future.

If you are passionate about the future of industry education, this is the place for you. To learn more about AITC, go to www.aitc.qld.edu.au.

Ensuring the campus reception area is welcoming and professional in its appearance at all times.

Assisting with setup and pack up of meetings and events, including catering requirements.

Ensuring all visitors follow safe work procedures around sign in/sign out.

Managing campus mail and couriers, stationary orders and processing payments at reception.

Calendar management of bookable campus resources and facilities, rooms, fleet cars including management of key distribution etc.

Providing back-up support to the other campus administration team as required, including during peak periods and absences.
