We are seeking a hardworking, committed individual to join us in our journey as together, we can change lives!

We require someone special who can cheerfully and efficiently welcome visitors to the school reception and deal with parent, pupil and staff enquiries. The post is offered for 37 hours per week 7.30am to 3.30pm 4 days a week and 07:30am to 3:00pm one day a week during term time only.

 

The successful candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills and be capable of remaining cheerful, calm and understanding at all times. It is crucial that these qualities are extended to answering our busy switchboard and when greeting visitors face to face. The ability to multi-task is essential and observing confidentiality is a very important part of the post.

 

There will be a range of administrative tasks to be undertaken on a regular daily and weekly basis, which will require the holder of the post to be capable of setting their own priorities in order to cope with required deadlines.
