Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

33.75 hours per week 9:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (lunch 45 mins)

39 weeks per year

Required from January 2022, an administrative assistant/receptionist to support the smooth running of the school. 

  • Greeting visitors
  • Telephony
  • Interacting with pupils and staff
  • General administration for faculties including administrative organisation of trips, letters, photocopying, emails to parents
  • MIS data entry

This is a varied and interesting role.  Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to a wide range of enquiries. Highly competent and accurate IT and keyboard skills are essential.
