Hours: Full time – 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent, term time only plus training days
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to support the schools Front Office reception area. A calm and approachable personality is essential to this key role. You will have a good sound knowledge of IT systems and show a willingness to learn.
Main responsibilities will be to manage the reception area and support the Office Manager with various admin tasks for the school as required; this includes assisting departments with photocopying and looking after the schools notice boards.
This role also includes providing a First Aid service to students and staff so a fully qualified first aider is essential; training will be provided where necessary.
Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
