Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly successful Receptionist, to present a positive and professional front of house experience to all stakeholders, visitors and callers to the college. This role will be reporting directly to the Office Manager. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To staff the reception area in the college and be the first point of contact for all external guests and visitors

To carry out all tasks reasonably expected of a receptionist including professional front of house presence, efficient handling of college email and directing of external telephone calls.

To assist with the work of the Admin team as directed by the office manager

Performing other duties as reasonably required by the Principal
