Full Time 08.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Do you want to make an impact in a school that is moving forward with exciting times ahead?

We are looking to appoint a confident, friendly and professional colleague with excellent customer service and administration skills to ensure the smooth running of the schools’ reception area and to be the first point of call for visitors/callers and students.  We would like to invite applications from individuals who:

  • Can communicate effectively with visitors, colleagues, governors, parents and pupils (incl. face to face, telephone and electronic communication)
  • Have the ability to multitask 
  • Are able and to work well as part of a hardworking team but can also work independently on their own initiative
  • Are experienced in office procedures with previous school experience being an advantage 
  • Have excellent IT skills and are confident using spreadsheets and accurate at word processing.

Copthall School prides itself on educating 21st century women for successful careers in STEM, human, social and health sciences, performing arts and creative industries. We have approximately 1000 students on role, 120 of which are enrolled in our thriving Sixth Form which is in the top 12% of schools for A Level results.
