30 hours per week (the working pattern Monday to Friday is variable with some 8am starts and 4pm finishes).  Term time only + 5 inset days

Grade 4 – starting £10.41 per hour £20,092 - £20,493 FTE / Actual Salary:  £13,928 - £14,210

Trinity Primary School (incorporating Acorns Nursery) is an exciting and motivational place to work with a Roll of 200 pupils.  We are a part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP), a Multi-Academy Trust.  

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our very friendly School Team.  This is an important role where you will be required to assist with the smooth running of the school office and offer high quality support to the Executive Headteacher, Business Manager and Office Manager.  If you are ambitious, inspirational, creative, open-minded and want to be part of our continued success we want to hear from you. The post requires someone who is hard working and have excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for visitors.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be expected to multi-task, following direction from the Office Manager.  Serving the school community will be your ambition and drive.   This exciting and interesting post requires you to be friendly, resilient, innovative and resourceful.  It is important that you are able to work in partnership with other schools within the Multi-Academy Trust.  You should be competent at using a range of IT packages and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.  Previous experience of working in a school office, knowledge of SIMS and Google Drive would be beneficial, but training will be given.
